This Privacy Policy explains how Luistro Enterprises LLC ("BreedScout," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use breedscout.com and related services (the "Service").

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information: name, email address, password, and account type (breeder or buyer).
  • Kennel and dog profiles: information breeders provide about their kennel and the dogs they list, including breed, health, and genetic information.
  • Certifications and documents: health clearances, registration papers, and similar documents that breeders upload to support their listings.
  • Messages: content you send to other users through BreedScout's in-app messaging.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Service, including to create and maintain your account, display listings, enable messaging between breeders and buyers, and to communicate with you about the Service.

How we store information

BreedScout uses Supabase, a third-party infrastructure provider, to host our database, authentication, and file storage. Supabase processes data on our behalf and is bound by its own security and data-processing obligations. Uploaded certifications and documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

We may use standard analytics tools to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. If we adopt a specific analytics or advertising tool that changes how your information is collected or used, we will update this Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain account data and messages while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account by emailing luistroenterprises7@gmail.com. After a verified request, we will delete your account data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law.
